Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in LOVELAND, Colorado, within the manufacturing industry. This role provides a long term contract employment opportunity. The Accounts Payable Clerk is tasked with handling a variety of responsibilities, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process invoice payments

• Manage accounts payable, ensuring all financial information is properly documented

• Conduct regular check runs to keep accounts up-to-date

• Handle invoice coding tasks, ensuring accuracy in data input

• Maintain and update customer credit records as necessary

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze data

• Operate Oracle software for various accounting tasks

• Continuously monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role within the manufacturing industry.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring all financial records are accurate.

• Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP), managing and maintaining financial documents.

• Experience in performing Check Runs, ensuring timely payments to vendors.

• Skill in Coding Invoices, correctly assigning costs to the appropriate accounts.

• Detail-oriented with strong Data Entry skills, ensuring accurate input of financial information.

• Ability to process invoices efficiently and accurately.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex financial spreadsheets.

• Experience with Oracle, demonstrating proficiency in using this financial management software.
