Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in Loveland, Colorado. This role entails managing accounts payable, performing account reconciliation, processing invoices, and handling data entry. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounts payable function, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Perform tasks related to account reconciliation to maintain an accurate record of transactions.

• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Oracle for invoice processing and data management.

• Facilitate timely payment of invoices through executing check runs.

• Employ techniques for coding invoices to categorize financial transactions appropriately.

• Organize records systematically to ensure information is easily retrievable when required.

• Provide answers to queries regarding accounts payable and relay necessary information to stakeholders.

• Adhere to financial policies and regulations in performing all tasks.

• Collaborate with other team members to maintain an efficient workflow.

• Monitor and report on any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role within the manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to accurately handle Coding Invoices

• Proficiency in Data Entry and Invoice Processing

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle software

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred but not mandatory

• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures.
