The Travel Coordinator must have a passion for assisting our Roadies in all aspects of travel. The perfect candidate would be a motivated, self-starter. Attention to detail and the ability to manage your time to meet deadlines is critical. We serve all Texas Roadhouse, Bubba’s 33 and Jaggers brands.
Responsibilities
Booking transient (individual) travel (air, car, hotel) through the GDS as well as using other software and vendor sites when needed.
Answering phone calls from Roadies in the field who need immediate travel assistance
Assist with all travel related changes
Assisting and/or troubleshoot Concur booking issues
Processing travel requests via phone calls, email requests and Service Now portal
Booking group travel (10+) via registration system-Air, various ground transportation options, creating hotel rooming lists
Coordinating travel requirements with Event Planners
Payment set up hotel room block, meeting rooms, Banquet Event Orders
Liaison between Event Planners and Hotel Partners for events, payment, and reconciliation.
House rental contracts, payments and entry communications
Updating attendee registration records
Keeping detailed records or events and changes
Booking refrigerated trucks for the stores as needed
Responsible for coordinating data for other departments to ensure accuracy of where travel costs are to be coded
Responsible for hotel credit card authorization follow up when electronic is not an option through the GDS system
Monitor “open for use log” and “credit log” to utilize toward new tickets
Redeeming company earned car coupons towards new rentals
Redeeming company earned hotel points towards visits

Booking travel experience (preferred but not required, on-the-job training available)
Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Years of Customer Service experience preferred
Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Worldspan GDS
