Description

  1. Product Performance and KPIs
    - Measure Success: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's success. Standard metrics include user engagement, customer retention, revenue growth, and market share.
    - Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions to iterate, improve, or pivot the product as necessary.
  2. Go-to-Market Strategy
    - Launch Products: Lead the product launch process, working with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure a successful release. This includes positioning, messaging, and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
  3. Innovation and Future Planning
    - Foster Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. Encourage innovation within the product team to explore new product ideas and features.
    - Strategic Planning: Engage in long-term strategic planning, identifying new product opportunities or market expansions that align with company growth.
  4. Recommend and develop operations policy within IT service delivery and process improvement.
  5. Review and approve vendor contracts, cost estimates, manpower needs, and facilities requirements forecasts.
  6. Serve and actively participate as a member of the SGS & Co IT Leadership Team in addition to leading the Product team.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
