JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for providing direct support in selling of Resideo/ADI Global Distribution products and/or services to existing customers and in identifying new selling opportunities in the Datacomm industry to existing customers. You will complete administrative work associated with the sales process. You will utilize business knowledge to assess customer needs and enhance the customer buying experience. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and correct procedural or systemic problems. You will collaborate cross-functionally to provide sales support and utilize knowledge to coach junior members of sales team. You will begin to generate leads by contacting prospective customers in the Datacomm realm. You will drive business growth by closing sales. You will identify possible improvement opportunities. You will understand Resideo/ADI Global Distribution Datacomm products, systems, and procedures.

JOB DUTIES:
Maintain Existing Customers
Manage Sales Cycle
Provide Excellent Customer Support
Raise Escalations
Work with Larger Sales Organizations
YOU MUST HAVE:
High School Diploma, or equivalent
Some experience in the field
WE VALUE:
Bachelor's Degree
Familiarity with computer hardware and software
Prior sales experience
Prior industry experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
