Work to improve existing products and participate in the development of new products. Participate in design and code reviews to maintain high development standards and support other junior team members. Lead the design of complex products in pharmacy and Digital space. Collaborate with and across teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in development tools and technologies. Troubleshoot business and production issues including issue identification, formulating and carrying out the action plan, and interpreting results.
