Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer in Louisville, KY.Duties: Coordinate software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications. Ensure proper controls are established and maintained over test and production systems and software source code. Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Perform dataflow analysis to critical ETL jobs ensuring our monitoring endpoints are operational and root causes are found to any failures. This task requires close attention to daily operational supervision and follow-up. Any interruption to this daily process will hinder our member experience. Embed into new application development process and existing application enhancements process providing shift-left activities ensuring technical debt is mitigated. The work requires complex layers of understanding of the architecture and SDLC framework ensuring dependent components are identified and cared for. 100% Telecommuting permitted within the U.S.Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field plus 5 years of experience in Software Developer, Site Reliability Engineer, or related information technology role responsible for programming.This role requires 5 years of experience in Programming.
