Your Impact:

We are looking for a Resident Project Representative/Construction Inspector to join us and execute planned projects located in Louisville, KY. The employee will work alongside our local team of professionals to perform the following tasks:

• Provide field investigation, inspection, and onsite representation for various property service connections to existing sewers.

• Design, observe, and document field and construction activities primarily related to construction improvements of sewer pipeline infrastructure.

• Communicate between contractor, owner/client, third parties, and local team.

• Provide review of existing as-built drawings and assist with preparation of property service connection bid documents.

• Assist with managing the bid process and bid walks.

• Maintain accurate and concise daily reports and project records, including record drawings.

• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and can work in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple deadlines.

• Drive ownership of health & safety in all aspects of project execution, office and personal environments.

• 3-5+ years of experience in field construction inspection or field construction.

• Experience using Microsoft products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• OSHA 10 Hour certification (course available for new hire)

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

• Engineering Degree or 3+ years of field construction inspection experience

• Direct experience with sewer installation / trenchless rehabilitation projects

• Experience with using GIS and/or CAD software (preferred, not required)
