Insight Global Regulatory Compliance Lead in Louisville, Kentucky

Job Description

Managing clients includes existing clients and developing new clients while also managing projects that they have and any regulatory compliance professionals they already have on the team. They will be managing all air permits and responsible for ensuring the clients are taken care of and all the projects are on task and assigning new tasks to project managers. Additional responsibilities include new proposals, requisitions and permits associated with those clients and projects. This person will need to be flexible with coming into the office and some regional travel throughout Kentucky and southern Indiana for client meetings is required. Travel will be 30% of the year.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field

Experience with regulatory compliance related to air, water or waste compliance:

  • Air permitting (Title V and minor source)

  • Stormwater/SWPPP

  • RCRA/Hazardous waste

  • Compliance auditing

  • Oil Storage/SPCC plans

  • SARA Title III (Tier II/TRI) reporting

  • Industrial wastewater

Familiar with state regulations Stormwater or waste experience auditing facilities

Needs to be familiar with the state and state regulations

Experience leading compliance business development

Hands on experience preparing all of the reports/plans Master's degree

PE or someone on track

Engineer that's done the calculations

Comes from a consulting background

Health and safety experience null
