YOUR ROLE

  • Identify and obtain the required resources to ensure that complaints are managed in a timely manner according to agreed requirements (KPI’s).

  • Ensure that complaints are fully documented and updated in the Customer Complaint Management System as required throughout the process (EG. 8D, SCAR, Customer Response).

  • Assess the need and ensure implementation of containment/initial actions, corrective and preventive actions.

  • Utilize problem solving skills and Quality Tools (root cause analysis, PDCA, etc.) to lead cross functional teams in the effort to identify and eliminate true root causes leading to customer complaints at the 3rd party warehouse.

  • Communicate with all interested stakeholders (for ex: Customer Service, other business units, customers, etc.) as needed regarding complaint status, investigations, corrective/preventive actions, and complaint resolution.

  • Ensure all tasks of the complaints are completed and closed in a timely manner.

  • Evaluate if complaints should be marked as critical and escalated to the appropriate stakeholders according to the

  • Critical Customer Complaint Policy.

  • Assist with the analysis of data to recommend improvement projects to reduce customer complaints as per Henkel KPIs.

  • Create supplier complaints and support Supplier Quality team with initial actions/containment, investigations, and resolutions.

  • Develop and maintain Quality documentation related to customer, industry, and Henkel requirements.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field. Industrial Engineering preferred; Chemical Engineering accepted.

  • Strong computer skills and ability to work with SAP.

  • 1-5 years of experience with quality systems, customer and supplier requirements or equivalent.

  • Experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, and to manage cross functional teams.

  • Detailed oriented.

The salary for this role is $52,000.00 - $65,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
