Confidential Project Manager in Louisville, Kentucky

We are seeking a Fulltime Production Manager in Louisville, Kentucky to oversee the production process and coordinate/schedules all activities and team members to ensure enough resources on hand. (Relocation assistance available) Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Follows and understands Mission, Vision, Values
  • Prepared daily schedule related to production to meet productivity goals and quality standards including daily crew activities such as concrete ordering, inspections, material requirements and quality control issues.
  • Implements improvements to the efficiency of the production process to ensure cost control without compromising safety or quality.
  • Supervises and evaluates the performance of production teammates.
  • Coaches and Mentors teammates
  • Communicate with member of leadership regarding problems and issues impacting production.
  • Ensures production meets requirements and specifications established by construction drawings, survey, building codes and clients
  • Monitors employee discipline including employee warning notices.
  • Assists with providing as-built, extra work orders, estimating, take off of auto cad layout, etc.
  • Manages panel care.
  • Communicates with builders, architects, and engineers on foundation product consults.
  • Develops and maintains strong employee, builder, general contractor, and inspector relationships.
  • Maintains all job safety standards including processes, procedures, expectations, and PPE.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Office, and Word skills
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Good problem-solving skills in a dynamic setting
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Desire to improve processes and procedures
  • 10-hour OSHA certification, 30-hour OSHA certification, competent person certification

*Education and Experience:*

  • 5+ years in Construction
  • 3+ years' experience as a crew leader
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience

*5S Lean Process experience a plus Physical Requirements:*

  • Must be able to sit for prolong periods of time
  • Must be able to work on a computer
  • Must be able to lift and push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to navigate many different job site terrains
