Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

Responsible for interpreting drawings associated with parts and assemblies and applying those interpretations into the final product. Will be responsible for running wire and tightening bolts and screws in railroad crossing electrical control boxes.

Hard Skills

  • Assembly of mechanical components from blueprints

  • Use of hand and power tools to complete assembly

  • Mechanical aptitude to determine final product requirements

  • Assembling numerous components to print

  • Measuring distances and marking where components are needed
