POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
The Market Client Experience & Operations Manager is responsible for the overall client experience and operational soundness of the Retail Banking Centers. This position is also responsible for providing coaching and direction for all Sales and Service Managers within the market, as well as implementing the company's overall goals, strategies, philosophies, and culture within banking center front line teams. This position will actively participate in any project related to new technology being deployed within a banking center and will further lead the effort in evolving our retail banking centers to be more efficient and profitable.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum 7 years' experience in a designated market; with 3 years of sales management required.
* Minimum 3 supervisory experience required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and internet applications.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Communicate and implement the overall Company's sales goals and strategies amongst all retail banking center associates.
* Develop and execute strategies to achieve client experience standards and growth goals for retail banking.
* Active involvement and participation in escalated client issues up to and including direct client interaction.
* Work closely with Retail leadership to create, implement, and monitor effective and efficient strategies for retail associates specific to new technology being deployed into our banking centers.
* Drive client experience through training, coaching, employee engagement, role play.
* Develop the Republic Bank culture through coaching, encouragement, and team building to encourage success.
* Responsible for assisting Retail Management in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring experienced banking center associates and developing their sales aptitude to ensure success at Republic Bank.
* Help determine overall growth plan and strategy for banking centers as it relates to the client experience and acquisition of new clients through our products and services solicited by banking center associates.
* Evaluate and identify industry trends, market conditions, and competition and communicate observations with management and staff. Make recommendations and implement necessary changes when appropriate.
* Establish and maintain high quality standards in all operational facets of retail banking, including regular engagement with audit, compliance, legal, and the deposit operations team.
* Review miscellaneous reports and performs numerous quality control functions to ensure quality control for depository operations of all banking centers in their market.
* Daily involvement of banking centers to mentor, provide on the job coaching of associates, and consistently deliver the Republic Experience.
* Provide staffing support for banking centers including on-site coverage in associate absences.
* Know compliance responsibilities and particular requirements affecting your area of responsibility incorporate these requirements into your business processes and procedures, perform periodic self-assessments including corrective action as needed, and assure appropriate training to associates regarding these responsibilities and procedures.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, and distance vision. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Bank's guidelines, policies and procedures and all applicable state and federal laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and the overall development of associates; coaching and mentoring while providing challenging opportunities to enhance career growth; planning, assigning, and directing work; setting expectations and appraising performance; recognizing and rewarding associates or recommending disciplinary action as appropriate; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and helping to build a positive team culture.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
* Travel between Republic Banking facilities is required.
* Occasional out-of-town travel is required.
* Stay abreast of new developments, best practices, and statutory and regulatory changes.
* A flexible work schedule that will include some evening and weekend work is required.
