OVERVIEW:Performs repairs and modifications to existing equipment. Repairs may require multiple trades (i.e., mechanical, electrical, plumbing). Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility. Perform troubleshooting on equipment. Perform new equipment installation. Perform proper lubrication of equipment. Perform work following Maintenance for Food Safety Program and Good Manufacturing Practices.
