Humana Inc. seeks a Lead, Corporate Strategy in Louisville, KY.Duties: Develop industry analysis, build high-level financial or other business models, conduct qualitative analyses and synthesize findings to create executive-level deliverables and recommendations for Humana’s senior leaders. Support problem-solving efforts by helping senior leaders define key issues, develop hypotheses and create recommendations. Develop insights to equip senior leaders with the right data to make informed strategic decisions. Support cross-functional projects, working with leaders throughout the company to execute complex, high-priority strategic initiatives. Convert strategy into roadmaps, business cases and projects while prioritizing timelines and ensuring alignment and execution. Identify the short & long-term impacts of key strategies by assessing qualitative and quantitative data. 100% telecommuting permitted within the U.S.This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Public Policy or a related field plus 3 years of experience providing strategic consultation to management. Requires 2 years of experience with powerpoint slide development of findings and recommendations to senior executive audience using data-based resources. Requires 1 year of experience with the following skills: •Conducting internal and external interviews with internal leaders and process owners to document current status and future state aspirations as part of research and benchmarking. •Develop data analyses to illuminate insights, prove or disprove hypotheses as part of an effort to develop strategies including revenue growth strategy, customer segmentation strategy, recruitment and retention strategy, and process improvement strategy. •Conduct thorough reviews of existing materials that includes process descriptions, financial statements, strategy or vision documentation, business case documents, journals, and analyses in pursuit of insights to support the development of a strategic recommendation for senior leadership. •Use analytical models including financial models that are designed to represent estimate projections of proposed businesses or initiatives. •Develop detailed models of financial statements including income statement or statement of cash flows in order to evaluate the potential value of a proposed initiative. •Microsoft Office Suite.Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
