Inventory Services Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Inventory Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising and developing a team to meet client KPIs and company goals, resolving daily challenges, managing workflows, ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety standards along with maintaining equipment and engaging in continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, onboard, and train new team members.
  • Coach and develop staff, providing feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Cross-train team members for flexible labor utilization.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments.
  • Oversee daily inventory activities, manage schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy in daily work volumes, cycle counts, and product storage. Maintain departmental reports and compliance with SOPs and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and update SOPs as needed.
  • Manage supplies and assist with audits and inspections.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Quality-driven, organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attendance and time management.
  • Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Accurate mathematical abilities.
  • Ability to operate battery-powered MHE Equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, manual pallet jack).

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$52,200 - $87,000
