Robert Half Financial Analyst in Louisville, Kentucky

Description We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting, coordinating, and analyzing data for our regional manufacturing facilities. You'll be expected to prepare and distribute different types of financial reports, maintain accurate customer credit records, and resolve customer inquiries. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on the financial status of regional manufacturing facilities.

• Prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial reports.

• Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed.

• Coordinate with various plants on financial questions and provide answers.

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations as scheduled.

• Perform cost accounting functions – standard rolls, overhead rates, etc.

• Assist with the Sales & Cost model.

• Support Plant Controller as required.

• Comply with all QMS / EMS procedures and work instructions as it pertains to the position description.

• Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental procedures, policies, and practices. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role or similar position

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is essential

• Knowledge of Crystal Reports is required

• Must possess strong Data Mining Techniques

• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions

• Expertise in Accrual Accounting

• Familiarity with Auditing processes

• Experience in Budget Processes is necessary

• Must have knowledge of Capital Management

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
