Deloitte Epic ASAP/Orders/ClinDoc Sr. Analyst in Louisville, Kentucky

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • The Support Sr. Analyst will guide the Epic product specific build regarding scheduling and workflows of providers and patients, including enhancing the support models to achieve successful enhancements, expansion, and ongoing support. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst performs analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with Epic software. Prepares requirement specifications and provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems and procedures that meet user requirements. Review and test new releases and document all outcomes of testing and serve as the support contact for the application. This position has responsibility within all phases of the application implementation including design, build, test, installation, and maintenance of the application. Provide outstanding client service and contributes to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care. On an as-needed basis, provide on-site support within the organization.

  • Enterprise Epic Implementation; Primarily remote work with scheduled time onsite with the client. Deloitte has been engaged as an Implementation Partner and will operate with a hands on "Coach and Advise" model of support to the client IT Team. We are looking for experienced team leads to support/coach/advise the Project IT Team with tasks throughout the implementation cycle - Design/Workflows, System Build, Testing, Upgrades, and Activation.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have a current Epic Certification (Orders, ClinDoc, or ASAP)

  • 3+ years of recent experience on Epic Support & Maintenance

  • Experience in application design, workflows, build, troubleshooting, testing, and support

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

  • This role is remote

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Hospital or Clinic operations experience

  • Additional Epic Certifications

  • ITIL process knowledge
