Deloitte Epic Ambulatory Support Analyst in Louisville, Kentucky

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Epic support role for Ambulatory, 90% remote roll that will include on-call support on a weekly rotating basis.

  • Complete Epic support for our client to include incident support, optimizations, projects, SU and Upgrades and maintenance work.

  • Attend team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, work tasks, and issues

  • Create and maintain regular status reports and provide verbal and written status to project managers and project leadership, as required

  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

Our OTT team brings clients the knowledge of industry leaders who understand the relevant processes and technologies for their industry-and apply them with a process and mindset that tailors transformational change to their specific organization.

Qualifications

Required

  • Must have an active Epic Ambulatory Certification

  • 3+ years of recent experience on Epic Ambulatory Support & Maintenance

  • Must be experienced in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support

  • Must have great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

  • Remote roll that will include on-call support on a weekly rotating basis, the ability to travel 10% on average.

Preferred

  • Knowledgeable and experienced in other Epic Inpatient modules, such as Optime a bonus.

  • Experienced in ServiceNow

  • Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities

  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76 ,725 to $102,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
