Responsible for the day-to-day transaction management for a complex and/or prominent portfolio of properties on behalf of one or more national and/or global corporate service client(s). Implement the overall vision, strategy, and measurement metrics. Responsible for budgeting, revenue, and profit tracking of all transactions. Ensure the Account Director and other Senior Leaders stay abreast of team performance, volume / commission profile, resource requirement, etc.

General:

· Oversee portfolio plans with client real estate goals and objectives in mind

· Manage C&W Transaction Managers to ensure effective negotiations of business terms for a wide variety of transactions including new locations, renewals, sale, sublease, and purchase

· Participate for budgeting, revenue and profit tracking

· Report Revenue/pipeline results to senior management

· Design reporting products to meet the clients’ unique requirements

· Ensure accuracy of all client materials, including lease document drafts

· Oversee the flow of key documentation and client communications

· Participate in engaging and managing account team

· Lead and / or facilitate client meetings

· Partner with clients’ Senior level operational groups to identify real estate needs and areas of opportunity

· Keen financial acumen interpreting financial/ accounting reports, and transaction revenue. Presents activity/ findings to clients’ and C&W Senior Leadership

· Participate in/or lead client/C&W business reviews and key client meetings

· Provide leadership for subordinate staff supporting the transaction activity of the relationship

Process Management:

· Implement standardized processes that create maximum efficiencies

· Oversee development of standard forms and procedures

· Develop performance measurements for internal benchmarking

· Identify industry data for external benchmarking

Transaction Management:

· Overall responsibility for transaction service delivery and transaction team

· Executes complex large transactions with high-level knowledge

· Determine clients' needs and communicate project parameters

· Oversee negotiations and management of transactions

· Oversee legal review of all client leased/owned documents

· Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting

· Oversee budgeting and revenue tracking of all transactions

· Identify and implement process improvements

· Develop and implement transaction performance measurements

· Ability to work effectively and lead a team in a cohesive, performance measured environment;

· Accountable for accuracy of data in FUSION for clients’ portfolio

· Provide written and oral reporting of critical lease action items

· Ensure accuracy of critical lease action date reporting

· Oversee maintenance of database ensuring all data is accurately classified, approved and processed

Strategic Planning:

· Lead the development of strategic plans and provide strategic real estate advice to clients

· Identify occupancy cost savings strategies

· Develop occupancy expansion/contraction strategies

· Ensure implementation of agreed upon strategy

· Produce and/or support business case development

· Oversee reports, data, and financial analyses toward the completion of a strategic plan

· Execute strategies by developing action plans
