Responsibilities

  • Must be able to work evenings and on call

  • Managing inbound 800 line customer calls for sales, services, employment, complaints, and general problem solving

  • Identify from a social/physical needs aspect the situation and needs of the individual

  • Provide customers with product and service information; obtain customer information, and customer leads

  • Facilitating outbound calls to connect callers with proper Company resources and Company branches

  • Accountable for the successful handling of all inbound and outbound call activities and driving call leads to branch home conference and branch sale

  • Researching care related solutions for customers

  • Identify and escalate priority issues

  • Documenting all interactions and following up on customer needs

  • Complete call logs and call reports

  • Provide leadership/ coaching to Customer Service Center Representatives

  • Review Respect & Care Service Center calls for quality check and feedback

  • Provide detailed reporting to leadership as requested

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and etiquette via phone and email

  • Professional Customer Service skills with basic sales, building rapport, and problem solving experience

  • High energy, good memory, and able to multitask effectively

  • Structured organizational skills

  • Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic work environment

  • Computer skills including working in Word, Excel, and databases

  • Good listening skills and attention to detail

  • Detail oriented, able to successfully manage multiple projects

  • Available to work varying shifts as needed

Salary Range

USD $16.00 - $18.00 / Hour
