Schedules: Monday-Friday 9:30-6 or 9:00-5:30

Pay Rate: The wage for this position is $17. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

  • Enter accurate information.

  • Handle data entry for multiple programs.

  • On occasion will be handling inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.

  • Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.

  • Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.

  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

*What do we need from you?     *

  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • Previous call center experience preferred

  • Previous healthcare experience desired

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Able to type 35 wpm or greater

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
