Description We are in search of a Bookkeeper to become part of our team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will be tasked with managing financial records, processing data entries, and handling administrative tasks. This role is situated within the industry and provides an excellent opportunity to apply and develop your skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, Data Entry, ComputerEase, and Office Administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records with accuracy

• Regularly perform data entry tasks

• Handle tasks related to new equipment entries

• Ensure that all employees have completed necessary HR documentation

• Oversee the registration of company vehicles and other administrative tasks

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks

• Handle closing entries effectively

• Assist in the onboarding process by setting up necessary apps for new employees on their phones

• Use ComputerEase for various tasks related to the role. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping role

• Proficient in account reconciliation

• Solid understanding of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and data entry

• Working knowledge of ComputerEase software

• Strong skills in office administration

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles

• Strong computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and accounting software.
