Description:

• Individual would be responsible for reviewing patient accounts for the required documentation to complete patient chart

• Phone calls to provider offices may be required to alert providers of missing documentation

• Review of work queues researching patient accounts for missing documentation

• Contacting other departments and provider offices as it pertains to chart completion

• Other miscellaneous tasks as it related to the above
