Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Manager in the finance industry, located in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves managing the company's accounts payable system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the processing of payments, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the processing of all vendor invoices, from receipt to payment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Utilize knowledge of account coding to correctly categorize company expenses

• Oversee the use of various accounting software systems to track and manage company expenses

• Leverage expertise in ADP - Financial Services to manage payroll and other financial services

• Utilize Concur for travel and expense management, ensuring all expenditures are correctly logged and reimbursed

• Oversee data processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Manage overall accounting functions, ensuring all financial data is correctly logged and accounted for

• Oversee accounts payable tasks, ensuring all bills are paid on time and accurately

• Apply knowledge of accrual accounting to manage financial transactions and records

• Conduct regular auditing tasks to verify the accuracy of financial data

• Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions, ensuring all electronic transfers are correctly processed. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience in Account Coding

• Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Concur software

• Ability to handle Data Processing tasks

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Knowledge of Accrual Accounting principles

• Skilled in Auditing procedures

• Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations.
