Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Louisville, Kentucky, United States. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be tasked with vendor setup on ACH in Concur, as well as various responsibilities pertaining to account reconciliation, accounts payable, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup of vendors on ACH via Concur

• Oversee accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely processing

• Perform account reconciliation tasks to confirm the accurate record of transactions

• Take responsibility for coding invoices and running checks

• Carry out data entry tasks, ensuring precision and efficiency

• Handle invoice processing and account adjustments as necessary

• Use Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounts payable tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary

• Must have experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to conduct Check Runs

• Familiarity with Coding Invoices is required

• Must possess strong Data Entry skills

• Expertise in Invoice Processing is mandatory

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is expected

• Must have experience in using QuickBooks

• Knowledge of SAP is crucial

• Experience with Concur is an added advantage
