Description We are offering a contract for an Accounts Payable Clerk position in LOUISVILLE, Kentucky. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the accounts payable process. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our financial department.

Responsibilities:

• Handling the account reconciliation process to maintain accuracy in financial records

• Managing the accounts payable (AP) function including invoice processing and payment

• Conducting check runs to ensure timely payment of invoices

• Coding invoices accurately for the correct categorization and recording in our financial system

• Performing data entry tasks to update and maintain financial records

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting

• Operating Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP software for financial management purposes. Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation, ensuring accurate and timely financial records

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), managing outgoing payments in a timely manner

• Familiarity with conducting Check Runs, ensuring all payments are processed accurately

• Proficiency in Coding Invoices, assigning appropriate codes to various invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills, ensuring accurate input of relevant financial information

• Experience in Invoice Processing, ensuring all invoices are correctly processed and paid

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, managing and manipulating financial data efficiently

• Knowledge of Oracle, using the software for various financial tasks

• Experience with QuickBooks, using the software for managing accounts payable

• Familiarity with SAP, using the software for various financial and accounting tasks
