About the RoleAs a Security Manager and Facility Security Officer (FSO) for Sierra Space, you will lead and manage classified programs, physical security projects, and security operations across our organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing business area security activities in support of current and future classified contracts, providing security education briefings, leading self-inspections and the preparation for government customer security assessments, and COMSEC operations. You will play a pivotal role in managing the physical security program, including the development and implementation of comprehensive physical security policies and procedures to protect organizational assets, employees, and facilities across t

We're looking for dreamers who align with our values, vision and audacious goals - while also meeting the minimum qualifications below. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum Qualifications:

An active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance is required

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

FSO certification

Minimum of 1-year of FSO/Security experience

Knowledge of and experience implementing NISP CFR 32 Part 117, National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, COMSEC, OPSEC, and ITAR

Experience managing SCI and or SAP programs

Must have strong knowledge of SCIF operations from design through accreditation, including ICD705 standards

Experience with industrial security related databases such as JADE, DISS, and Scattered Castles

Working knowledge of physical security systems, guard force management, crisis management, and investigations

Excellent communication and decision-making abilities Preferred Qualifications:

Collaborative, innovative, and customer focused leadership style

Typically, 2-4 years of relevant management experience

Ability to balance security requirements with Sierra Space's mission, goals, and culture

Strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects; ability to work with people in a team environment and deal effectively with changing project priorities

Professional certifications such as ISP, SFPC, SAPPC, SPSC, ISOC, or PSC Referral Bonus: $1,500
