Hiring Press Operators in Louisville, CO

Pay: $18.00hr (opportunity for advancement)

Shift: 2nd, Monday-Friday, 1:30PM-10:00PM

  • Training will be on 1st shift for the first few weeks or so**

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude with hand/power tools

  • Familiarity with fabrication equipment

  • Interest in career growth and cross-training opportunities

Job Description:

  • As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for installing hardware based on blueprints.

  • You will set up the installation press using the correct tooling and program controllers to ensure the correct specifications are used for installation.

  • This role offers an opportunity for cross-training in welding, painting, grinding, and more, providing a clear path for career growth within the fabrication shop environment.

Work Environment:

  • Fabrication shop - conditions can be loud, dusty, and vary between hot and cold temperatures.

  • The role is primarily on the 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 1:30 pm until 10:00 pm, with initial training on the 1st shift from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm until the ability to work independently is demonstrated.
