Siena College Adjunct Faculty in Biology / Human Anatomy in Loudonville, New York

The Biology Department is accepting applications for adjunct instructors to teach 2-3 labs (6-9 contact hours) in General Biology for biology majors and/or Human Anatomy and Physiology for Health Sciences for the fall 2024 semester. General Biology labs cover fundamental concepts in cell biology, genetics, and evolution. Human A&P labs focus on the structure and function of the human body including the musculo-skeletal and nervous systems. This is a part-time position (6-9 contact hours / semester).

Salary $1,287.50 per contact hour

The hiring salary above represent the College's good faith estimate at the time of posting in compliance with the Albany County Salary Transparency Law.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have earned at least a Master's degree in the biological sciences (Ph.D. preferred) and relevant teaching experience is strongly preferred.

A background screening will be required.
