The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Commerce Experience Design team at Netflix and focus on Acquisition products. The Commerce XD team is the team within Netflix’s Growth & Commerce organization responsible for creating innovative and delightful global user and revenue acquisition, upsell, and retention experiences. Our products drive most of Netflix’s revenue and user growth.

Each product designer on the team has a broad set of skills ranging from product thinking to interaction design, user research, and visual communication. We are masters of our craft but aren’t afraid to wear multiple hats when needed. Our mission is to turn every Netflix non-member and member into an informed, delighted, and satisfied Netflix customer.

As a Senior-Level Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with other seasoned product and content designers, product managers, consumer insight researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to go after one of the most impactful and challenging initiatives at Netflix.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • 10+ years of Product Design experience with a preference for taking consumer products from zero to one and scaling products from one to one hundred million.

  • Extensive experience working with web and native mobile products with TV UI experience is a big plus.

  • Experience leading and executing creative visions for brand and innovation forward landing pages and acquisition funnels.

  • Experiences working with test and algo-driving products. Deep understanding of the experimentation-driven design process.

  • Top-notch design craft and ability to rapidly ideate and produce design concepts

  • Top communication skills to clearly articulate and defend your design while making trade-offs with complex product and policy definitions.

  • Ability to wear a Product Manager’s hat by thinking through the lens of business impact

  • A willingness to fail and learn.

  • Earnest, mature, and ego-free. You welcome candid feedback and can constructively give it as well.

    Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is: $120,000 - $515,000
