Our client in the software development industry is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to join their team in downtown LA!

Job Title: Workday Integration Consultant

Location: Onsite, Downtown Los Angeles

What’s the Job?

  • Provide daily support for Workday integrations by researching, identifying, and resolving complex integration issues.

  • Lead the design and architecture of Workday integrations that involve multiple systems and data sources.

  • Develop and implement new products, processes, and standards that significantly impact functional results.

  • Optimize integration performance to efficiently handle large datasets and streamline data processing.

  • Build Workday integration solutions using EIBs, XSLT, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.

  • Develop advanced data mapping and transformation processes to ensure seamless data flow and address challenges related to data structure, format, and synchronization.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Workday Integrations Analyst, with a focus on HR systems.

  • Familiarity with other Workday core products, such as HCM, benefits, and payroll, is a plus.

  • Strong expertise in Workday's integration technologies, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and Cloud Connect.

  • Proficiency in web services, XML, XSLT, and other relevant integration technologies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
