Warehouse Team Lead

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Associate to inspect, label, and record incoming shipments of parts, equipment, and tools by hand or on the computer to maintain inventory records.

  • Sort materials, using forklift if necessary, to place on pallets, racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence or product code number. You help own the organizational piece of the warehouse!

  • Prepare requests for parts, equipment and tools via requisition forms or phone.Complete requested orders and record outgoing materials.

  • Load orders into truck via forklift or hand.

  • Transport and deliver goods to and from designated job site. You are a face of our branch and helping the team get the jobs completed!

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Cleans warehouse and equipment.

  • Responsible for inventory checks every six months.

  • Troubleshoot parts delivery issues (change location, missing shipments, etc.)

  • Adjustments to inventory stock

Education:

  • High school diploma

Experience:

  • 1+ experience in a warehouse environment and/or as a truck driver.

Specific Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

  • Knowledge of or ability to learn forklift operation.

  • Valid driver’s license and experience operating motor vehicle - as well as enjoys driving!

  • Microsoft Office product computer skills are required.

  • Knowledge of or ability to learn KONE parts, SPIN system, and the territory covered by the branch.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision - this job provides a lot of opportunity where you go by the beat of your own drum, so we need you to be self-driven!

  • Interpersonal skills necessary to work with and receive instructions from a wide variety of individuals.

Budgeted Salary Range: $59,000 ----- $70,000
