We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for an Executive Medical Director to join our client’s newly established and rapidly growing veterinary practice in Los Angeles, CA! This is a unique leadership role, ideal for an experienced veterinarian looking to make a significant impact on a brand-new practice, setting the foundation for its clinical operations and culture. As the Executive Medical Director, you will oversee the clinical direction, establish best practices, and lead a team of skilled veterinarians and support staff while ensuring the highest standards of care for all patients.

Compensation: $130,000 - $200,000 annually

Production Bonuses

Shift: Full-Time - 4 10's

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 year of experience preferred.

• Must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) License in the state of California.

• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in emergency medicine and critical care.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations while delivering compassionate care to patients.
