ManpowerGroup Store Key Holder in Los Angeles, California

Our client, a leading retail company, is seeking a Store Key Holder to join their team. As a Store Key Holder, you will be part of the Operations department supporting the Electronics Retail Sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Job Title: ?Store Key Holder?

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Range: $41,600 - $45,760 per year

What's the Job?

  • Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all customers

  • Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations

  • Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance and customer feedback

  • Assist with training and development of new team members

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service supervisory role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
