Robert Half Sr. Account Executive in Los Angeles, California

Description We are seeking a Sr. Account Executive to join our team in LOS ANGELES, California. The Sr. Account Executive will be primarily responsible for business development, sales, customer service, and account management within the technology contract practice group.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities through a variety of channels such as cross-leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, cold-calling, servicing inbound client inquiries, and utilizing tools such as SalesForce.com, LinkedIn, and our proprietary database.

• Conduct virtual and in-person client visits to foster strong relationships and understand client needs.

• Implement digital and email marketing campaigns to drive business development.

• Negotiate and establish contractual agreements with clients while ensuring all parties understand the terms and conditions.

• Assess client job orders and create a comprehensive plan to fulfill these orders.

• Provide exceptional customer service and advise clients on strategies to attract and onboard talent.

• Educate clients about current national and local market trends surrounding employment conditions, technical salary ranges, and local variances.

• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to secure future needs.

• Coordinate interview and placement activities in partnership with talent managers, recruiters, and recruiting coordinators.

• Utilize B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Sales, Temporary Staffing, Staffing, Staffing Strategies, and Staffing industry skills to achieve business goals. Requirements • Proficiency in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Sales.

• Experience in the Staffing industry with a focus on Staffing Strategies.

• Knowledge of Recruitment - Technical is highly desirable.

• Background in Temporary Staffing is a plus.

• Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in the use of CRM software and other sales applications.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
