Sinclair Broadcast Group Sponsorship Marketing Manager in Los Angeles, California
The Sponsorship Marketing Manager will be a cross-functional role that will report into Sinclair’s Marketing function. This role will serve as the key liaison between Sales, Marketing, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of high-impact sponsorship programs and brand activations. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing end-to-end sponsorship initiatives, from ideation to activation, measurement, and optimization.
Responsibilities
Manage sponsorship activation responsibilities for Sinclair’s Marketing team as it relates to campaign execution for AMP Sales & Marketing and Tennis Enterprise deals
Lead end-to-end execution of sponsorship activations, including live events, digital campaigns, and content-driven partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external partners
Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external sponsors, ensuring alignment and flawless execution
Work with sales leads to develop pitch materials that include campaign concepts and strategy based on client goals
Ensure sponsorship agreements are executed per contract terms, managing deliverables, reporting, and client expectations.
Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables for sponsorship activations, ensuring all elements are executed on time and within scope
Monitor key metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of brand activation strategies, prepare reports on the performance of programs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Maintain comprehensive internal processes for asset management, risk review, and adherence to brand standards and guidelines
Support key sales leaders for development, sell-in and implementation of sponsorship assets as requested
Support across other marketing projects as assigned by manager
Qualifications
Minimum three to five years of recent experience in brand activation, marketing, or a related role within a corporate environment
Experience working in sports preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; master's degree from an accredited college/university is a plus
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders

The base salary compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
