Robert Half Social Media Specialist in Los Angeles, California

Description We are on the search for a Social Media Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This role focuses on enhancing our brand's presence on various social media platforms. You will be crucial in creating engaging content, analyzing user engagement data, and implementing the latest digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals

• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)

• Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)

• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

• Measure the success of every social media campaign through use of analytics tools such as Facebook Insights and Google+

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency

• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews

• Use Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to create visually appealing posts

• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics Requirements • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud for creating and editing visual content.

• Experience with Canva for designing engaging graphics.

• Familiarity with creating and managing Editorial Calendars to plan and schedule posts.

• Ability to analyze data using Facebook Insights to optimize social media strategies.

• Knowledge of Google+ and its features to leverage the platform effectively.

• Experience in creating and managing Advertisements across various social media platforms.

• Strong understanding of Analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

• Knowledge of Best Practices for social media engagement and content creation.

• Experience with Blogging to boost brand awareness and engage with the online community.
