Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. This role requires you to provide administrative support in the logistics of the Leadership Development Program and is 100% remote. The position is located in Los Angeles, California, 90045, United States.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Leadership Development Program

• Use Excel to manage data, including creating pivot tables and worksheets

• Track data and manage rosters to ensure up-to-date records

• Develop and send emails and calendar notices as part of written communication duties

• Maintain attention to detail in all tasks

• Utilize MS Forms to conduct surveys

• Possess skills in Administrative Office and Employee Relations Functions

• Experience with SAP/Success Factors would be advantageous

• Manage all tasks remotely, with the ideal candidate located in Central (CST) or Eastern (EST) time zones. Requirements • Candidate must have prior experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry.

• The role requires proficiency in administrative office tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.

• Experience in handling employee relations functions is necessary.

• The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong sales skills and the ability to assist in sales operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.

• Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment is necessary.

• The candidate should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles will be considered an advantage.

• The candidate must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance.

• A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail is required.

• The candidate should have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
