Description

We are in search of a fully remote E-commerce Assistant to join our team for a 4–6-week assignment, to support our entertainment client. As the E-Commerce Assistant, your primary responsibilities will revolve around handling customer service, liaising with our distribution center, updating our website databases, and managing records. Candidates with Shopify experience are strongly desired.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service for our main fan base and a recent Kickstarter campaign, providing level one support.

• Serve as the primary contact with our distribution center in Kentucky, overseeing the receiving, product flow, and shipping readiness of goods for the Kickstarter campaign.

• Regularly update website databases, including formatting changes on blog posts, updating links, and creating redirects.

• Keep meticulous records using Excel documents and other Microsoft Office products.

• Handle other tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall functioning of the sales/ecommerce teams

Requirements • Proficiency in eComm, with the ability to utilize it effectively for sales activity

• Experience in providing post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention

• Demonstrated ability in coordinating sales activities, aligning them with business objectives

• Knowledge of NetSuite software, using it for sales management and reporting

• Proficiency in Word, with the ability to create sales reports and other documents

• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, sales tracking, and report generation TalentMatch®
