Patient Navigator Pay and Benefits: * Hourly pay: $35/hr * Worksite: One of the most prestigious and well-known universities (Los Angeles, CA 90024 - Onsite) * W2 Employment, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 16 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment Patient Navigator Qualifications: * Experience as a Petiente Navigator in a hospital setting. Patient Navigator Responsibilities: * Complete the following tasks for the Sickle Cell Program: * Answer patient phone calls and messages. * Direct and assist patients with their needs ensuring that they contact the correct department. * Create a phone log of all their phone calls. * Document all completed tasks for the day to ensure proper handoff. * Help assist and coordinate with other patient navigators to ensure work is being completed * Work with members of the sickle cell team and complete other assigned tasks related to patient navigation based on the needs of the program. Patient Navigator Shift: * Two days a week, 8-hour shifts day from 08:00 a.m. to -05:00 pm.
