Overview

THE ROLE:

Business Methods & Growth Strategies team is looking for a key player to be responsible for systemizing, optimizing, and strategically support promotions world-wide, and foster growth opportunities across Herbalife through promotions.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

• Serve as subject matter authority, source of data, information and insights about platforms and methods for social selling

• Develop performance data, develop and track standard set of success metric on key types of social selling strategies.

• Generate Insights and implement best practices to improve Distributor and customer adoption, engagement and success.

• Formalize training & support for rollout of the best social selling practices to Distributors and train teams.

• Find opportunities and provide strategic recommendations tailored to countries and regions around the world for revenue growth.

• Provide cross-regional communication, collaboration and support (input & output)

• Collaborate with Direct Selling Experts to develop new selling platforms / programs.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:

The team is dynamic and constantly collaborating with partners around the world. We work cross functionally within our various department sub-teams as well as with business partners in other departments to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook)

  • Proficient in various social media platforms (IG, TikTok, FB Marketplace, KAKAO, etc)

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate platform efficiency and make data-driven decisions.

  • Effective interpersonal skills

  • A Self-starter, organized, meticulous individual that takes ownership.

Experience:

  • 3+ years social selling

  • 2+ years in sales or marketing

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 7+ years experience equivalent
