Legal Application Support Engineer

$125K - $180K based upon experience

100% remote, but must be located near one of our offices:

We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to join our team. This role will primarily involve providing support for various applications used within our organization, maintaining accurate records, and resolving technical inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain legal applications such as iManage and Litera

• Work closely with a team of engineers to ensure smooth operation of applications

• Utilize Microsoft SCCM, Intune, and MDM Technologies for application management and deployment

• Be part of the team moving to the latest version on MS Intune and iManage cloud before the end of the year

• Participate in the process of evaluating a new Case Management System and a new MS Word macro template

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Work remotely and occasionally on-site when needed

• Continuously improve the application support process and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Application Support Engineer role or similar.

• Proficiency in iManage, Microsoft SCCM, Intune, and MDM Technologies is essential.

• Experience in the legal industry, particularly with legal software.

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise application architecture.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels.

• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable.

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and trends in the field.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to work.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to participate in after-hours support on a rotational basis.

• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
