Job Description

Project accounting including design team liaison, project budgeting, performance analysis, client billing, labor and expense tracking, consultant fee management, etc.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Los Angeles, California and some days remote.

Work Environment

  • Open format in central area

  • 3 days onsite (M, T, Th) in West Hollywood

  • Reports to: CFO

  • 7 people on the team total - all work very closely together

  • 1 set AP person, Payroll, HR/Payroll, 2 project accountants, Controller, CFO
