UCLA Health Float Division Administrator in Los Angeles, California

Description

Are

you a driven professional with a passion for excellence? We're looking for you

to join our team as a Float Division Administrator! In this role, you will

support the oversight of administrative functions within the unit, including

fiscal management, staff and academic personnel administration, material

management, and contract and grant administration. You will be responsible for

continuously monitoring resource allocation, evaluating the effectiveness of

administrative methods, and developing innovative solutions to address

challenges. The Float Division Administrator will need to balance competing

demands to ensure that deadlines and obligations are consistently met.

Salary offers are determined based on

various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and

equity. The full annual salary range for this position is $83,800.00- $179,400.00. Please note that the department's target pay

range is $83,800.00 - $131,600.00.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training

  • Advanced knowledge of University rules and regulations, processes, protocols and procedures for budget, accounting and fund management, and / or personnel management.

  • Advanced interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, active listening, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising and counseling skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of a variety of administrative operational activities such as event planning, basic fundraising processes, risk management planning, website design, accounting and payroll, and contracts and grants regulations and guidelines.

  • Advanced knowledge of common University-specific computer application programs

  • Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality

  • Advanced skills in short and long term strategic planning, analysis, problem-solving and customer service

  • Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques, and / or human resources policies and procedures for staff and academic employees.
