Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Data Analyst based in West Los Angeles, California. The role is focused on processing and recording inventory transactions, reconciling inventory data, and managing digital history records. This position is also responsible for preparing and distributing inventory cost reports and collaborating effectively with team members. This is a hybrid role - 2 days in the office and 3 WFH.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the processing and recording of inventory receipt and finished goods assembly transactions.

• Conduct inventory reconciliations and investigate causes of variances.

• Prepare and distribute inventory cost reports.

• Maintain and manage internal to customer item mapping.

• Oversee the allocation and upload of digital history records.

• Perform digital history reconciliations and maintain status log.

• Collaborate with team members to prioritize workload and update status.

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze data.

Requirements

• Possession of a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related role.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.

• Strong understanding and application of Data Mining Techniques.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions.

• Proficiency in Accrual Accounting.

• Familiarity with Budget Processes and their implementation.

• Experience with NetSuite or similar financial software.

• Expertise in Data Analysis.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex functions and formulas.

• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
