Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

The Opportunity
As part of the Deals team you, you lead the creation and implementation of impactful M&A and Divestitures strategies. As a Senior Manager, you guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You build collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive teamwork environment, and deliver significant business results that reflect strategic and creative thinking.

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
7 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Master of Business Administration in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Operations Management/Research, Engineering preferred
Demonstrating thorough operational knowledge in M&A and Divestitures
Proven success in pre-deal operational due diligence
Proficiency in integration and separation planning and execution
Skilled in synergy and cost savings analysis
Building collaborative relationships with team members
Fostering a productive teamwork environment
Seeking diverse views to encourage innovation and performance
Coaching staff with timely meaningful feedback
Delivering significant business results through strategic and creative thinking
Identifying and addressing client needs effectively

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
