Robert Half Data Entry Clerk in Los Angeles, California

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Los Angeles, California. The role is within the industry, with a focus on processing and maintaining accurate digital records, managing customer inquiries, and handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and processing electronic filing authorization forms, contracts, and miscellaneous items via DocuSign.

• Creating and maintaining digital workspaces in DMS Manager.

• Handling certified mailing receipts and small UPS packages, including label creation and drop-offs.

• Scanning original client tax workpapers for digital record-keeping.

• Assisting with the processing of large paper tax return deliverable jobs.

• Submitting requests for new clients or project phases as needed.

• Creating projects in Workstream for efficient workflow management.

• Demonstrating proficiency in a variety of software including Adobe Detail Oriented, Contract Express, CCH Axcess, ChromeRiver, Microsoft Teams, Suralink, SurePrep, Tax Caddy, and UPS Campus Ship.

• Ensuring effective communication and contract management.

• Adhering to authorization protocols and QA Management standards. Requirements • Strong communication skills to effectively relay information

• Familiarity with contracts and understanding of their contents

• Proficiency in managing time efficiently

• Adeptness in using digital tools and platforms

• Experience with receipt management and documentation

• Basic understanding of tax-related tasks

• Ability to handle paper documents with care and precision

• Skills in labeling documents, files, and other data sources correctly

• Capability to deliver assigned tasks efficiently and on time

• Proficiency in using various software and tools for data entry tasks

• Experience in handling tax returns is a plus

• Familiarity with electronic file management

• Ability to adapt to switching protocols in a dynamic work environment

• Experience in handling work papers and related documents

• Proficiency in using DocuSign for electronic signatures

• Knowledge of DMS - Dense Medium Separation, if applicable in the industry

• Experience in handling authorization forms
