Paramount Coordinator, Worldwide Distribution Services in Los Angeles, California

Overview and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for supporting the dubbing group within Worldwide Distribution Services.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • Raising and releasing Dubbing-related purchase orders as needed for theatrical features, nontheatrical product, catalog and TV episodic content

  • Invoice receipt processing: reviewing, confirming receipt of materials from multiple vendors, and approving for upload to Basware / Invoiceworks systems

  • Onboarding vendors and resolve payment processing with the Graphite platform team

  • Coordinating catalog dubbing orders through the Sharepoint system with Mastering Tech Ops Group

  • Collaborating with sound editors and project supervisors to create and update the foreign dialogue QC schedule for reviewing of all foreign dialogue and foreign dubbed mixes

  • Coordinating, executing, and tracking trailer dub orders with global dub studios for theatrical and nontheatrical releases

  • Collaborating with International Legal to track delivery of talent contracts as required for each project

  • Posting essential documents to collaboration site and archive inactive project documents to the department shared drive

  • Pursuing delivery of necessary documentation (On Screen Text docs, contracts) from worldwide vendors and territory offices and tracking as needed

  • Assisting in Product Fulfillment project metadata research

  • Assisting in overflow work for Dubbing Project representatives

  • Supporting Management as needed

  • Ordering office supplies as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred

  • 1+ years relevant work experience

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and internet software

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience in Entertainment Industry

  • Self-motivated, self-starter

  • Basic post production knowledge

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 56,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
