However, interest in working with HIV/infectious disease clinical trials is required. * Prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator at a research site. * Working knowledge and previous experience with clinical trials, data management and case report forms. * Working experience of the start-up and closure of clinical research studies and patient registration and randomization. * Ability to prioritize effectively. * Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy. * Demonstrated ability to audit and analyze data for completeness and accuracy. * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
